Adiel Brasov
Co-Founder and Guide
Adiel’s professional journey after he graduated from USC included teaching philosophy, working in commercial real estate and wealth management, creating training programs, and guiding organizations through strategic planning. Along his way, he obtained his MBA from the University of Colorado and honed his innovative curiosity with proven processes. Adiel engages leaders and teams to successfully wrestle with core questions about unique purpose, significance, and impact. He enjoys learning, traveling, and laughing with a good cold beer around a fire with friends.

Kim has devoted her life to helping others in all areas of life. For the last 13 years, she has led in the corporate world helping business owners improve their industries. She is passionate about helping to build successful organizations that have profitable bottom lines as they value their employees and customers. As a wife and mom, she has devoted herself to her family and the flourishing of her 5 daughters in their individual uniqueness. She loves to bring order out of chaos and enjoys spontaneous trips with very little time to plan! Based in Oklahoma, Kim is happiest when you give her a map and let her travel.
Jeff Jewett
Guide
Jeff graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a BA in Psychology before working with Houston area organizations in the community and workforce development space. He later co-founded Spring Back Utah Mattress Recycling, a social enterprise in Salt Lake City. As an unleashed maximizer, his passion is to unshackle constraints to optimize freedom and opportunity. He is a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach who speaks boldly and enjoys seeing others awaken to who they were created to be and to bravely live out their purpose. Jeff is married to his wife Jenny and has two young children. He thrives in the mountains where he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and skiing. He also loves baseball, great food and coffee and exploring new places.
Gaby Ortiz
Guide
After graduating from UT with a Bachelor in Interdisciplinary Studies, Gaby worked as a Bilingual Elementary School Educator and as a Spanish Teacher. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. Gaby is passionate about helping people discover their strengths to create their best life. She loves guiding people into their highest potential, helping them find a way forward personally and professionally with clarity and purpose. When she is not studying or working, you can find Gaby doing what she loves the most: spending time with her husband and 2 teens in Colorado.
Jenny Jewett
Guide
After graduating with a BA in Nursing, Jenny worked as a critical care and cardiac cath registered nurse all over the US from Boston to Alaska. With her husband Jeff, she later co-founded Spring Back Utah Mattress Recycling, a social enterprise that diverts old mattresses and box springs from landfills by deconstructing and recycling the components into new products while employing individuals with barriers to entering the workforce. Jenny is a big dreamer and has a propensity towards action, so it is an honor to come alongside others and guide them in their journey towards intentional living. In Utah, Jenny loves high alpine mountains and red rock canyons, traveling with her husband and two children, and having coffee and conversations around a fire.
Kevin Hughes
Guide
A native Coloradan, Kevin graduated with a BA in history from UNC and later received a MDiv from Talbot. His diverse background included teaching secondary school, college campus ministry, and 25 years as a pastor in California and Missouri. Kevin has developed an appreciation for the challenges and trials that define significant dimensions of the human experience. He is motivated to help people find and execute a plan for their future that maximizes their unique design and qualities. He and his wife of 39 years enjoy their three children and five grandchildren. Kevin is on the faculty of the Pastoral Leadership Institute of Anse-A-Galet on the island of La Gonave in Haiti and is also a chaplain for the St. Louis County Police Department.
Kristen Berger
Guide
Kristen graduated with a BS in Nutrition from Florida State University and then earned her MS from Georgia State University. After working for over a decade as a registered dietitian, she moved with her husband Erik to Colorado where child rearing was her focus. As a SAHM, she created women’s groups, led in her church, and taught group fitness. Her vast experience has developed her love of people and a desire to encourage others to live with fulfillment. A Tampa native, Kristen loves her Tampa Sports Teams (Go Bucs, Lightning, and Rays!) but her favorite players are her 4 children who she cheers on most weekends. She enjoys camping, skiing, exploring, swimming, and playing family street hockey.
Robbie Ankarlo
Guide
Robbie attended CU Boulder and then went on to co-found a training and consulting group with a focus on organizational development and teams. In 2008, she shifted her attention to finance management for boutique businesses. Along her journey she has intentionally mentored, coached, and championed women in personal development, life transitions, and spiritual formation over the past 20+ years. Robbie’s two grown kids - actually four, if you count their incredible spouses! - live near her in Colorado. You will often find her hanging out with a fabulously eclectic group of friends; enjoying the outdoors, dinner, and great conversation; or living it up on the dance floor with live blues or swing music.
Chrissi Nappe
Executive Administrator
After attending Arizona State University, Chrissi began her career in the travel industry and traveled to many destinations around the world, thoroughly enjoying learning about new cultures and seeing famous sights. She became a stay at home mom to her four children until they grew up. Chrissi now uses her administrative skills to create systems and processes that allow our strategic endeavors to work practically and successfully. She enjoys running, hiking, and being on the water in the Colorado sunshine.
Heather Johnson
Finance Manager
Heather graduated from the University of Northern Colorado and is a career math professional, both in the classroom educating our next generation and as a bookkeeper. She possesses a true joy for math, which is inexplicable to most of us! When she is not playing with numbers, Heather spends her time in Arizona serving her local community through her church, traveling (usually to a beautiful warm place with a beach), and cheering on her three grown sons.
